4 lean steaks for grilling
2 aubergines
4 oz/100 g ham
3 tomatoes or a small can of tomato puree
olive oil
2 onions
4 large tomatoes
4 oz/100 g rice, cooked
butter
Rub the steaks with olive oil on both sides.
Grill and season.
Garnish with large tomatoes stuffed with rice, baked aubergines stuffed with ham and a sauce made with fried onions and tomatoes plus the gravy from the steaks mixed with a little butter.
