4 pork chops
4 tablespoons olive oil
parsley
2 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
marjoram
1 red pepper
salt
pepper
Chop up the garlic and parsley, add the oil, bay leaf, marjoram, sliced red pepper, salt and pepper.
Put the chops in this and cover the dish.
Turn the chops from time to time so the herbs can penetrate both sides.
Bake till done, basting so the chops do not get dry.
Serve with fried potatoes.
